My name is Dr. Bill Rollwitz and I am an Organizational Psychologist working primarily with senior executives focused on Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. My practice incorporates over 28 years of hands-on executive level experience in industry coupled with a doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I am known for my uncanny ability to size up an executive quickly and get to the heart of the issues. I am driven to make a difference in the lives of my clients by helping them become world-class leaders. I have been coaching senior executives for almost 10 years, resulting in over 15,000 hours or coaching experience.
My industry experience include serving as the President and CEO of a software company providing solutions to the energy sector; President and CEO of a global Information Technology company; Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of PG&E Energy Trading and Gas Transmission; and Regional Managing Partner for KPMG Peat Marwick’s Management Consulting Division. My clients include Fortune 100 companies, CEO’s, Senior Executives, and high profile private sector individuals.
I conduct seminars, keynote speeches, and training classes across the U.S. in the area of Human Dynamics and Executive Performance. Additionally, I have been an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Houston teaching courses on Leadership and Ethics in the Executive MBA program.
